Janusz Swiatłoń , born in 1964, lives  in Krakow, Poland; at present a retired soldier of the Polish 6th Airborne Brigade. An enthusiast of aviation history and a military modeller .

As an illustrator, he is the author of numerous colour aircraft profiles published in magazines and books issued by such publishing houses as AF Editores, Kagero and Chevron.
